2023-2024 Co-Curricular Code Presentation

2023-2024 Co-Curricular Code meeting will be held on Monday, August 14 in the High School Auditorium.  Middle School Meeting @ 5:30pm and High School Meeting @ 6:30pm.  This meeting is mandatory for all high school and middle school students interested in playing a sport this school year.  If you miss the meeting, you will need to watch the presentation online and the student will need to pass the quiz linked at the end of the video.

Physical Examination

Physical examination taken *April 1 and thereafter is valid for the following two school years*; physical examination taken *before April 1 is valid only for remainder of that school year and following school year*. In the year when an examination is not required, an Alternate Year Athletic Permit Card must be signed by a parent or guardian and be on file.
